client must provide a clear and SFW reference image of the character(s), written descriptions will be declined.

client may ask for changes at any point (free of charge), but major changes after the colors have been approved may be denied or charged.

for rendered pieces, refunds will not be provided after the color stage has been approved. for flat color pieces, refunds may not be provided after the sketch has been approved. refunds will never be provided for sketch pieces.

the art received by the client will ALWAYS be credited back to my Twitter account when used publicly (reposts, profile picture, features in character galleries (ex: toyhouse) etc.).

all artwork will be watermarked- my watermark is not to be edited or cropped out of the finished artwork.

updates will be provided throughout the commission process; the client will receive the sketch, the flat colors (both to be approved), and updates on any delays.

the client will not use the artwork commercially (NFTS, logos, etc.), and is for personal use ONLY.

my work will not be run through generative ai

if there is a deadline for the artwork, the client is required to tell me. the client will then be told whether or not that deadline can realistically be met.

I still retain all rights to the artwork the client receives and can post it to promote myself, even if the artwork contains the clients character(s).

the client will never claim the commission as their own work or as the work of another artist.

I have the right to decline any commission for any reason (ie I am uncomfortable by the subject of the commission or the commissioner themself, requests pertaining to the commission are outside of my skillset, etc.).

all previous art usage terms apply for the original design artwork.

I have the right to deny any design purchase for any reason.

buyer must credit me as the original designer.

buyer will not credit themself or another artist for the design.

once the buyer purchases the design, they are free to do whatever they want with the design- except participate in NFTs or crypto with them.

designs can be put on hold for a while if asked.

reselling of my design for more than their original price is prohibited unless the designs worth has been increased through extra artwork.

trading or regifting of my designs are welcome.

upon purchase, the buyer will receive a version of the adopt artwork without the adopt watermark and a transparent version.

I do not do refunds for designs.
